What's the difference between 48v phantom power and 11-52V?

I'm getting a condenser microphone (Audio Technica AT2035) for home recording but the power requirements description says it needs 11-52V phantom power, but when I'm looking for pre-amps or mixers they all come with 48v phantom power and none of them say anything like 11-52V? Also I've seen ones with 48v and others with +48v... is there any difference? Is there a 11-52V pre-amp or mixer I could get? Could I just use a 48v and it will work?

Thanks in advance.

The 11-52V phantom power description is a range. So, the pre-amp and mixers you are looking at that state they are the 48v phantom power will work for that condenser mic. The individual mixers usually come at a standard voltage, whereas the mic comes with the range that it will work with. You shouldn't have any problems.

Hope that clears up everything for you. Good luck!
