VCR/DVD and Tuners?
I live with my grandparents, they are 80+ years old. Our TV isn't old, but it's not a digital HD set either. They have no interest in DVD's at all, and we do not get a cable box with our cable company. Our old VCR died on us. They want a replacement that is under $100, and they want to be able to record their daily soap operas every day onto VHS tape. They cannot understand that they can't buy a VCR/DVD combo without a tuner for under $100, and they're constantly throwing fits about how they don't want to pay for the DVD stuff and just want a normal VHS player/recorder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
You can still buy VHS VCR's with a analog tuner that will still work with cable next year - try the internet:

They are not a lot out there though.
Your best bet might be to find someone who wants to sell a used one.
