why do i only hear the background on my dj speakers?
i am trying to dj from my laptop and im pulling the audio out of my laptop from the headphone jack. im sending it to my gemini ps-121x profesional dj mixer from the mixer im sending out via rca to 1/4 in into my gemsound xps 1000 profesional amplifier and im sending out the signal via speakon from channel "b" to my speaker Gemini GSM-1585 15" PA Speaker which has two 1/4 input jacks and im only using one and i only hear the background of the music on my speakers why is that what am i doing wrong?
so your sending it Laptop->mixer->amp->pa speaker?
whats channel b compared to channel a?
try all possible connections and if the cables were cheap try turning them in a clockwise direction and see if it starts to work right.
