i need a mic for recording music?
I asked a question earlier about music recording.. Thanks for your help.. THOUGH I need more help. I have purchased a midi keyboard and a firewire port. I am looking for a microphone that will do well with my recording. I do not know what to use. I currently use a radio shack condencer mic. I am looking for somethibng that will give me prof quality sound when recorded into logic, reason, or garage band. What would you recommend and has to be under 100 bucks. I am a college student who has a budget.. thanks. ALSO what would one think of a pop filter or you know the screen that is attached to a mic?
Go to a local music store and look for a Shure mic,
you can find some decent ones for $40-100
If you are going to sing thru it, get a pop filter, if not, you don't need one.
what are you plugging it into?
Do you need a High or Low impedance mic?
what type or mic input?
XLR?
1/4" ?
1/8" ?
the store will need to know this
You could bring the old mic, or the recorder along, to help answer questions

We always encounter such a problem that a USB flash drive corrupt with much important data in it, after fix the external hard disk up the data always have been formatted.
