Please help me figure this out.
How did the invention of the hygrometer, (1820 invented by J.F. Daniell that used cold water and the tempurature of the vessel was recorded to measure humidity), change peoples lives?
Besides greenhouses for plant cultivation, hygrometers are also used in some saunas so you dont cook to death, humidors for tasty cigars and museums to preserve artifacts. In residential settings, hygrometers are used to aid humidity control. ie humidifiers and dehumidifiers,
