I always used to have stomachache. Isn't because that my stomach is too sensitive? Sometimes I had to go to the washroom almost 10 times a day. I can't drink cold drinks or eat oily food. I have a problem that whenever I attend seminar or events, my stomach ends up with the warning that i need to go to the toilet. Sometimes I just ignore it.
I have see the doctor so many times but the problem didn't solve. They just give me some tablets for stomach relieve and not to eat oily food for temporarily. I have a light record of gastric but not in a serious condition. Can someone guide?
Ginger in any form will ease nausea. If you can eat it, candied ginger is the best.
Did you tell your doctor about the problem with oily food? If you didn't and the problem is more of a matter of pain than of feeling like you are going to throw up, point this out to your doctor. That would be a good sign that you have a gallstone.
Also, like the other person mentioned, add more fiber to your diet. It doesn't even have to be nasty - orange peel (like in marmalade) and oatmeal are wonderful sources of fiber. It could be IBS, and the first treatment for that is eating more fiber. In this vein, yogurt and/or lactobacillus acidopholus may help as well.
