Do you know of any internet sound recording software that ignors delays caused by poor bandwidth?
My Audacity package is very good, but faithfully maintains its record speed even if the download is held up or distorted because it is running slow.
I had to look at you Question twice..and do you know what..its the loss ness trate you lack..or need to seek..i would use super encoder..it gives you the edge.
