vcr recorder only
How do I connect all the wires to my VCR, DVD recorder, cable box, and TV?

I would like to record tv shows from tv to vcr and then from vcr I would like to record video cassettes to dvd recorder. The thing I don't get is that my tv and vcr have different looking antenna output and input ports. VCR, for instance, indicates Aerial input and RF output while TV has Aerial looking input only. Cable and antenna wires do not match those ports. Is there a solution for this?

I would need to know what type of connections you do have. An RF port is the common threaded port that I think you are talking about. Your DVD Recorder will most likely have RCA ports, (Yellow, White and Red), as well as other connection types like S-Video, HDMI, DVI. If your VCR and TV only have RF ports (F-81), you will need an RF modulator to convert the signal for you. There are also mass switched out there. You can hook everything up to one hub.
